TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this content thoroughly and you agree and abide by the rules and regulations set out by Bounce House Uk / Inflatamania Ltd 

1. General

  • These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a session at Bounce House Uk. These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure you shall abide by these Terms and Conditions at all times.
  • No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Bounce House Uk.
  • Bounce House Uk reserves the right to make changes to the facilities and activities it provides (the ‘Activities’) for any reason and all persons participating accept that from time to time certain Activities will not be available due to maintenance or other operational reasons.
  • Any persons using the inflatable park must be 5 years of age or older unless taking part in the dedicated Toddler Session where jumpers are aged 0-5 years for children and accompanied by an adult. The dedicated tots zone is available to tots aged 0-5 years and supervising adults only.
  • Damage must not be caused by anyone attending Bounce House Uk to the facilities, fixtures or fittings. If damage is caused by any participator or member of a party booking, the participator or hirer will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage (including accidental) caused by anyone attending the party.
  • Bounce House Uk does not accept responsibility for the loss of property or theft arising from the use of facilities. Money or valuables should, therefore, not be left unattended. Valuables can be deposited in on site locker facilities.
  • Bounce House Uk does not offer a locker on our facility for your valuables. any valuables and belongings should be kept with you at all times and not left un-attended, if your possessions lost you will not receive compensation as these are not our responsibility and will be entirely left at your own risk.
  • All Participators as well as parents, guardians or other guests and visitors may be subject to CCTV recording for safety, security and operational reasons and consent to such recording.

2. Confirmation

  • All bookings will only be considered final when an email confirmation has been sent to the booking party email.
  • You must advise Bounce House Uk as soon as possible of any mistake in Bounce House Uk’s booking confirmation. Bounce House Uk shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
  • All Participators as well as parents, guardians or other guests and visitors may be subject to CCTV recording for safety, security and operational reasons and consent to such recording.

3. Safety

  • The Activities include all variations of inflatables and participation is not without risk as serious misuse could be fatal. All participants have access to the safety briefing and rules signage provided on the Inflatables 
  • Bounce House Uk reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities without a refund should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system or who is impaired or appears to be impaired, by alcohol or drugs.
  • After the safety briefing, participants will not be directly supervised by a Court Monitor. In the Bounce House Uk facility, a responsible adult must be on site for any child aged 10 or younger. Participating adults accept responsibility for the safety of him or herself and for supervision of children in his or her care.
  • All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and fully able to undertake what is a demanding physical activity and are subject to the age and weight (18 stone) restrictions for each Activity as stated at time of booking.
  • Bounce House Uk shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities if it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.

4. Clothing

  • It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and Bounce House Uk requires participants to wear clothing appropriate for physical activity and that are in conjunction with our safety video. In particular please note that Participants may not undertake the Activities in any items with sharp points or items that are capable of catching the inflatable fabric or which may cause injury to themselves or other participators such as toggles on cords or tassels.
  • Bounce House Uk will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.
  • Participants must be wearing Socks ad sufficient leg and arm coverage. 

    9. Refunds Cancellations and Amendments

    • No refunds will be given for your ticket however you are allowed to sell your ticket to a third party if your unable to attend, incase of a late arrival or missed session then no refund or extra time would be given.
    • (SO MAKE SURE YOUR ON TIME AND DONT MISS YOUR SESSION TIME!)
    10. Liabilities
    • Bounce House Uk shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities unless caused by the negligence of Bounce House Uk.
    •  Any vehicles and their contents are left at the owners’ risk.

    11. Waiver Consent

    (by purchasing your/party admission ticket you agree to the waiver of the following)
    I agree to take part/the Bounce Sessions and I have bought an entry ticket for to take part in activities at The bounce house Uk. In providing my consent, I declare that I understand that the activities, Bounce Castles, Inflatables and Obstacle Course activities themselves are not completely free from risk. I accept that while Bounce House Uk staff will take the appropriate precautions to prevent accidents, this can never be guaranteed.

    I give consent for photos and videos taken on the day to be used for promotional purposes by Bounce House Uk.

    I confirm that I'm over 16 & I have purchased an entry ticket for is physically fit and healthy and I undertake to advise Bounce House Uk of any change in this regard. I give consent that in the event of any illness/accident any necessary treatment can be administered to me/the under 16 I have purchased an entry ticket for. I confirm that I have read through the Activity Rules below/with the under 16. I have bought an entry ticket for and that I/he/she agree(s) to abide by the Activity Rules as laid out by Bounce House Uk and to follow the instructions of the Bounce House Uk staff at all times.

    All Users agree that they shall not participate in any activities provided by Bounce House Uk unless they have read Bounce House Uk safety instructions on display below and entry to Bounce House Uk. By entering you/the under 16 you have purchased a ticket for agrees to the rules are as follows:


    1. I will comply with the height, weight and age restrictions specified by Bounce House Uk. The current weight limit for any clothed participant is 18 stone.
    Parents are responsible for the safety of children inside Bounce House Uk. Bounce House Uk staff are purely there for the safety of equipment and the use of selected equipment.
    2. Before participating, users will remove jewellery, mobile phones and other valuables.
    3. Participants will not eat or drink while participating in activities provided by Bounce House Uk.
    4. Participants will at all times only carry out activities that are within their skill level and of which they can retain control at all times.
    5. Participants will at all times follow the instruction Bounce House Uk staff.
    6. Participants will not attempt to climb or dismantle the safety apparatus and go into areas of the arena which are cornered off with barrier tape.
    7. Participants will not try to forward flip, back flip or land anyway but the way which is intended on any of the inflatable/activities.
    8. Participants will only rest in the designated seating and rest areas away from activities.
    9. Participants confirm that they are not pregnant. You should not participate if pregnant.
    10. Participants confirm that if they have any medical condition that they believe may affect their ability to compete at Bounce House Uk they must consult a qualified medical practitioner before engaging.
    11. Any injuries within Bounce House Uk must be reported to our team leaders in the arena so an incident report can be made for Bounce House Uk files.
    12. Participants confirm that anyone entering Bounce House Uk is of the required age *5years to 17years and their parents for general admission sessions and 18+ for adult sessions.
